Seriously Ill
My common fever and flu usually lasts for a maximum of 2 days. This time round, my fever was so bad that it lasted for 3 to 4 days.. That's the longest lasting fever I have ever had..
My tonsils were swollen so badly that it hurts everytime I cough.. I have so much medication which I've to take that irks me even more.. I totally hated all kind of pills.. Yucks!!
The medication time is even tougher when there's no one at home to look after you.. I have no strength to cook my own meal, no right food which I can order, no food means I can't take my medicine.. It's a vicious cycle..
Without food, my tummy will start to churn and I'll puke out everything that I previously input.. Then my body turns hot again cos there's no medication intake..
Oh not forgetting my diarrhoea.. It causes all my input out again..
Usually when there's no one to take care of me when I'm this serious, I'll ask my mum to come over.. Did I not tell you? I got the virus from my dad.. His virus was so strong it infected the whole family.. So that explains why I can't ask my mum over..
Luckily for me.. I've got my besties around for me.. 2nd day they brought lunch for me.. Even though I can't talk much and they have to self-entertain.. Their presence made the gloomy house filled with joy.. Thanks babes!!
1st day with Beeie so I'm alright.. 3rd day on my own again but I've no choice cos my fever got higher so I've to see the doc on my own.. Beeie have to work.. Spent almost 200 bucks in total on doc!! Ridiculous!!
4th day which is now.. I'm waiting for my bestie to fetch lunch for me again.. As you can see, I'm better cos I can now blog.. But I'm blogging as I'm sitting on the bowl.. I thought it had subsided.. But here it is.. Haunting me like a ghost.. With even more output this time..
God!! Help me!! I need to go back to work!! No work no $$!! But of cos, behind every bad story, there's always a good side of it.. That is I shed off 2kg these 4 days!! That is sure something to be happy about!!
