I must be happy.
I must take things easy.
I must feel relax and calm.
I must throw away all my unwanted thoughts.

I must set my worries aside.
I must give myself a break.

Just be yourself. Do things that can make yourself happy. What about the three S? When is your last time you go shopping and singing??? You must learn to let go of things especially sad things.. All your friends will want to see the happy and cheerful serene that we use to know. Do you know that you are just like a sunshine that can bright up everyone that is close to you???
