Sleeping has never been so tiring..

Been going through quite a lot lately.. Sleeping is what I always enjoy doing. Especially dreaming. But lately both my fav had been so tiring for me.. Sometimes, I even got delirius..


All these maybe 'cos of my restless mind.. Couldn't stop thinking about stuff.. Making sleep so difficult and kept tossing around.. Even sleeping and dreaming stuff which makes it worse..


Dreaming makes me live in another world and feels like I'm still working and not sleeping.. Like avatar? Hence woke up really tired and affecting all my work and personal life..


I just hope that I could rest my mind soon and get into really deep sleep for at least a while then recharge and back with life soon..

My new year resolution: to be able to control my mind..
